The Prima Josephine Summerhouse

Approx. 445 x 350 cm. The Prima Josephine is approx. 445 cm x 350 cm in size, and delivered as standard with a double door PE45T, 2 casement windows (opening outwards) PE44T, 2 fixed windows PJ07T and a ventilation grate. All windows and doors are fi tted with double glazing. The roof is delivered in loose parts: rafters, roof sections and shingles (i.e. no ready-to-use roof elements).

All oval models are delivered inclusive of glass, pressure impregnated foundation beams, chrome metalwork (if you want brass metalwork, please specify this on your order, no extra charge), a metal cap and 2 brass or chrome plated bulbs or 2 aluminium weathercocks or witches, or a combination of these. A wooden floor is optional. The standard colour of the shingles is green; if you want a different colour, please mention this on your order.
